Surrey has rejected the politics of division and chosen the politics of hope.
In the first elections to East Surrey Council, the Liberal Democrats won 40 of 72 seats, securing control. East Surrey is made up of the council areas of Elmbridge, Epsom & Ewell, Mole Valley, Reigate & Banstead and Tandridge.
