The Welsh Liberal Democrats have launched a blistering attack on the Severn Trent and Hafren Dyfrdwy water companies, accusing them of fleecing the public at the same time as filling our rivers and seas with raw sewage.
Liberal Democrat Leader Ed Davey has today called on the government to freeze energy bills so that Ofgem's newly announced rise in the price cap will not go ahead.
