Totnes Liberal Democrats launch constituency wide survey to find out what really matters to people

20,000 homes in the Totnes Constituency will soon be receiving a detailed questionnaire through their letter box asking for their views on a wide range of issues that are important to us all. The survey covers housing, health, education and many other aspects that affect our daily lives. Mike Treleaven condemns South Hams District Council plans to penalize disabled drivers

Recent meetings of the South Hams District Council's committees and full Council have endorsed proposals to charge disabled drivers for up to three hours parking and give them a fourth hour free. In the annual budget setting process increased car parks charges are again being proposed as a suitable way of helping to restore Government underfunding.
