Thorndon Country Park: Call for fairness on disabled car parking charges
Liberal Democrats on Brentwood Borough Council are calling for the car parking charges for disabled users of the Country Parks to be scrapped. The charges have been in place since April 2007 and have been a source of great confusion and frustration to the parks many disabled users.

Lib Dems secure extra bus for local school
On Monday 12th November to the delight of pupils and staff at St Paul's Catholic College an additional 635 afternoon bus service departed from the school grounds thanks to intervention by Sunbury Councillors Robbie Colison-Crawford and Caroline Nichols.

Shepway LOSE £170k on Parking Enforcement
Shepway District Council spent £169,765 more on parking enforcement than they received for parking fines, it was revealed in a Kent County Council report for 2006-2007.
