Liberal Democrat Shadow Chancellor, Vince Cable has addressed Reform Scotland on the action that needs to be taken to reform banking and protect the economic recovery. Liberal Democrat opposition Councillors will be submitting comments to today's Cabinet on the decision regarding King Edward VII School in Melton.
The district council has announced it wants to make progress on its Development Plan in 2010 - which means decisions will be taken about where houses will be built in the future to meet the demand for new homes.
It is hoped that Rochdale AFC will be opening a temporary shop in the town to coincide with their massive success in Football League 2! The club is looking to be promoted this season to division 1 thanks to its incredible performance.
