Reansway broken glass

Zahid Shah acts on dangerous broken glass

While campaigning in the Reansway Square area of St Peters' Ward local Liberal Democrat Zahid Shah discovered fly-tipping and dangerous broken glass. In order to keep the area tidy and safe Zahid reported the mess into the Council's Street Scene Division for immediate clearing. Zahid Shah said"Discovering this sort of mess is typical of a Labour controlled council ward. The three Labour councillors are rarely seen in the area and do not appear interested in clearing up dangerous fly-tipping. Increasingly residents of St Peters' Ward are discovering that if they want something done the only people to contact are the Liberal Democrats."
