Radical plans have been launched to overhaul the tax system and benefit the people of Bedford and Kempston.
Dr Peter Hirst, Liberal Democrat Parliamentary Candidate for Congleton is sympathising with many of the aims of "No 2 Parking Charges", an umbrella group opposed to the imposition of car parking charges. The group represents the towns and villages in the old Congleton Borough which will be affected if they are introduced. Like "No 2 Parking Charges", Dr Hirst fears that the imposition of charges will hit local shops badly.
